Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays in Alberta.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship via Canada Post. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100+ within Canada.

Alberta Local Special: Free delivery for Westlock resident.
3. Local Pickup (Westlock - Alberta Based)
Skip the shipping fees! Free local pickup is available at our Westlock location.

How it works: Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.

Timeframe: You will receive an email when your order is ready (usually within 1-2 business days). Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect.
4. Taxes
As we are shipping from Alberta, we are only required to charge 5% GST on orders shipped within Alberta and to other non-HST provinces. For orders shipped to provinces with HST (e.g., ON, NB, NS, NL, PEI), the applicable provincial HST rate will be applied at checkout.
5. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
6. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes via Canada Post. Please note that courier services (like UPS or FedEx) may require a physical street address.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at help.jstmobiletech@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and the packaging.
