Where do you ship?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. However, we are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100+ (before taxes).
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location within Canada.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship all of our orders via Canada Post to ensure reliable delivery to your door or PO Box.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been handed off to Canada Post, we will automatically send you a tracking code via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your tech! We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Please view our Refund Policy.
What condition do items need to be in?
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, and in their original packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No! We provide a prepaid return shipping label for our customers. Simply contact us via email (help.jstmobiletech2025@gmail.com) to start the process.
Note: The initial shipping fee from your original order (if any) is non-refundable.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page or at checkout are not eligible for return or refund.

What currency are your prices in?
All prices on our website are listed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We move fast to get your product to you! If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please email us immediately at help.jstmobiletech2025@gmail.com. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed, we will do our best to help.

How can I find my gift card?
After payment, please keep an eye out for separate emails for each gift card. Be sure to check your Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folders to ensure you don’t miss them.
How does Gift Card work?
Redeeming your gift card is a seamless process designed for your convenience. When you're ready to checkout, simply enter your unique gift card code—which is not case-sensitive—to apply it to your purchase. Your gift card balance is highly flexible, as it can be applied to your entire order total, including taxes and shipping costs. If your current balance doesn't cover the full amount of your order, you can easily pay the remaining difference using any other supported payment method. Best of all, there is no rush to spend it all at once; your balance can be used across multiple separate orders until it is fully depleted.
Our system is built to provide you with maximum value and ease of use. You are welcome to use multiple gift cards on a single order, and these can even be combined with our active discount codes to help you get the best deal on your new tech accessories. To stay updated on your spending, you can check your remaining balance at any time by clicking the original link provided in your gift card email. Please keep in mind that while these cards are valid for all our premium cases and accessories, they cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
For those visiting us in person, our Point of Sale (POS) system ensures a unified experience across all platforms. We can accept your gift card instantly by scanning the barcode or entering the code manually, and your balance will automatically update across both our online store and in-person channels. To help you keep track of your records, your receipt will clearly display the last four digits of the gift card used along with your updated remaining balance.
We are excited to offer special savings when you purchase a JST Mobile Tech Gift Card. For our $5.00, $25.00, and $50.00 denominations, you will receive a 5% discount automatically.
